Handwriting photos

You upload photos of your handwriting to generate a font. These photos are processed on our servers and permanently deleted within 24 hours of successful font generation.

Generated font files

We store the font files we generate for you so you can download them from your account at any time.

Usage data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and error logs. This data is used to maintain and improve the Service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card number or CVV. Your payment provider may collect and retain payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

• Handwriting photos: deleted within 24 hours of font generation
• Generated font files: retained until you delete your account

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information. No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a security breach affecting your data.

7. Your Rights

• Download your generated font files at any time from your account dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing help@writemyfont.com

We will respond to account deletion requests within 30 days.
